IndigoNinja - That's Super Sonic. He's been doing that for a long time, but I don't remember which game that was introduced in.
The drawings need a lot of work, and the music (the singing at least) was really annoying.

...nothing special
It's not bad... just not good either. Graphics are of poor quality... and at some points, you seem to have a lot of filler... and the movie just won't end when it was supposed to of ended... OH... and ending the movie randomly with now slick transition... not that good of an idea. All in all... nothing to good, but it doesn't completly suck, so I'll give you a little bit of credit...

LOL to the last reviewer, Sonic's been turning yellow since what, 1992? Yeah. He gets all 7 chaos emeralds in Sonic 2 and then grabs 50 rings, then turns Super.

Am I the only one who wants to see Sonic do the snoopy dance? Unskilled, but interesting. Why did he turn yellow? Is he a super saiyan all of a sudden, or is that some part of the newer series I haven't seen? Here's a tip, credit your music source. And work on your drawing or find someone to illustrate for you. You clearly have some sort of plot idea, but maybe someone else could communicate it better.
