The story wasn't that good and the lack of sound through most parts of the flash detracted from it. Besides that the flash made little sense. Try to add in more ound next time. Love all the references to video games though. PS. The voice actor sounds like hes 12.
How to improve this
I figured out that you can improve this by the following:
1. Make leon's hair brown. I doubt you have the game, otherwise it would HAVE been brown not blond
2. Get someone who can play leon's voice better. He sounds like an 8 year-old who wants to get molested by chuck norris.
3. WHAT IS WITH MR. T??? seriously, if your under 12, then that means that you problebly love mr. t and want to have sex with him. =(
4. Make it related to resident evil 4. Like a parody on how retarded Mr. Salvador is, or how easy it is to kill Salazar. Maybe add in how freaky iron maidens are.
all in all, just these 4 simple tips can make ur vid go from 1.5 to 4.6. Definitally worth changing.
