Its ok, you could do something neat with this.
I beleive its Aphrodite who tries to help him home.I know for a fact its Neptune who tries to stop him at every chance.
You should take each journey and turn it into its own full length flash.And dont forget the sirens, golden fleece, Carybdys....theres a whole slew of stories you could animate.
This isn't a top 5 submission but it's origional and half decently done so I will protect it.

This is a great production, following the path of Odyssues (for anyone whose not familiar with the story), whom after defeating Troy, sails home to his wife.
However, he had not properly honored the Gods (someone can correct me here if they want), and one God in perticular (can't remember which), helps him home, while another attempts to stop him.
Eventually he gets home. This is where the inaccuracies start. In reality, he's been gone so long, his wife has married another man. This in turn, turns into a bloodfest of battles - I forget how it ends (lol)
But seriously, I liked the historical nature of the film - nice work XD
i love the story of odysseys.... the movie "the oddysey" is simply amazing
