The art is pretty good on the girl, and on some of the accessories. The clothing is a little too "flat" looking though, and I personally don't like the partial clothing (that is, the kind where there are pieces missing so it doesn't cover up the arm or whatever). It'd be a little more work to layer the girl so that the arm is on top of the dress but the body is underneath, but the clothing that wasn't actually being worn would look a lot better then.
I think people are getting tired of dress up games in Flash, so I don't know if this'll pass or not... it's one of the better ones I've seen lately, so maybe.
