We see very few things like this on Newgrounds these days, things with some genuine art behind them.
Some absolutely teriffic atmospheric, mood, and camera angle effects made this piece stand out from many others.
The lack of speech, in my humble opinion, actually made this flash better. Sometimes words are not needed to convey a story, and it worked wonderfully here.
Make sure you make a note to tell people to turn their room lights off...makes the mood so much better and lets you see some of the very dark animation. Otherwise, brighten it up a tad.
Great work, would like to see more!

We are in the presence of greatness. It wasn't until I started assigning ratings above that I stopped and said ... wait ... now that I THINK about it ... the "President" is basically a triangle with a circle on top of it, wearing a tie. Of course, the artist of Doonesbury has been getting away with less realistic depictions than that for decades now.
And if you can make me ignore that because I'm too busy watching the flash and going "wow," then you DESERVE a 5 vote.

That was great, the only thing was the sound, for about 20 secnds into it, I couldn't hear anything, so I had to turn up the speakers, but other than that, I liked it. I hope you make a sequal to this, or maybe more like it.

er.. just one thing.. why always space invaders attack the states... i mean, there are hundreds of nations throughout the world.. maybe they should atack japan, o peru for a change.. im bored of watching US soldiers nuking aliens ... je, anyway, nice flash

well because i live in the states... and i want to see us beating the aliums. if you make a invader thingy u make it attack anywhere you want.
