Its pretty good
Your really good with the shading and stuff but you have to work more on the animation before you do shading. You are also really good witht he details. the the rain hitting the camera... that, even i admit, was really cool. But as i said, work on the animation more before you do details. When the hand was going to get the sword, try to make the hand look more round, it looked kinda flat... oh, also theres a big quiet spot in the middle, but other than that the whole flash was really good.
