Alright. Graphics were somewhat kawaii but....
Other than that that really sucked. Listen. You characters are really good, but use your talents for good purposes and maybe I'd rethink how this is. The blood animation really sucked. And Vegeta going and killing Gohan right off the bat was pretty pitiful. The music is pretty fucked up. It sounds like something from the Grinch. Listen. I am your age and I still could have done better. If you were to kill someone you should have had the seen one Planet Namek and had Vegeta get insulted by one of the Z fighters, THEN he could take him out seeing that is how arrogant Vegeta's mind works. He isn't as fucked up as Freiza. The characters are really good animations. But other than that it sucked. Use the same characters, and make a new Animation I DO know how long it takes to make them so don't start complaining. I have 32 hours worth of Flash stuff so I can speak from experience.
