Is this supposed to be making fun of Kanye? I think we all know BUsh doesn't care about Blacks or anyone. Or do you think he does care sabout them? Should Kanye have included everyone except white male republicans in this statement? I guess this blatant statement cuts deep because people know it's true. Nonetheless, I know from experience we could have helped people way quicker because we can get to Iraq Afghanistan in 12 hours, and we were bombing AND dropping off food, lol. If it were only poor people that were being discrminated against, then the earlier floods and Hurricanes in places like FLorida would have had similar outcomes, but that was definitely not the case. Grow some balls and face the truth.

Unless you're a rich investor or one of his "Oil Baron" buddies, Bush only cares about the Corporations and yje rich! Middle/lower class whites and hispanics have known this since his first term.
