Bad control
It is hard to take corners. I got caught on the corners several times, causing me to be "eaten" a few times. Also, the "ghosts" can be eaten twice if you're quick.
The music was pretty good, true to the theme, but the lack of sound fx brought the score down a couple notches. Dot eating, ghost eating, power-pellet eating, all of these should have fx.
The graphics were ok. The explorer was a little blocky, and where the cherry normally appears, you should put treasure or something, ascending like in the origanal pac-man. Again, make the ghosts edible only once per power pellet.
If all of these things were changed, the game would be a lot better.
