Reviews for "Diet Plan for Dinosaurs"

Not too shabby.

As I've learned from experience, educational Flash, no matter how much effort (or lack of effort) you put into it, it won't get a great result.

However, I found your movie to be refreshing, fairly remniscient of my attempt at appealing to the kids and teaching them about graphs while just ending up confusing them all and garnering a bad rating and an ever-worsening reputation. Unlike mine, yours was clever, and it had a reason to keep people engaged (namely the music and witty comments). I must say that it takes a lot of effort to diagram how an oil refinery works and to be able to show it within Flash. Nice effort, perhaps one day you'll make the lone educational movie that reaches the top 50. Keep up your efforts, and don't let others discourage you from making these sort of things.

overall concept

wow! this is a great idea, but it needs some sprucing up. the titile just doesn't fit, and you haven't told us the 'so what?'. keep ur the good work, and maybe make it look more 3-d next time, plz?

Intresting

I definatley leaned something today. You kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time with the music. I kept thinking, 'oh something about to happen.' Otherwise it was pretty well put together. Only problem I saw was that eveything was too slow. The words seemed to be on the screen forever. Otherwise, good job and I hope to see other tech tid bits later on from you.

Good review (Do not misinterpret)

This had some great text humor in it, that was perfectly counterbalanced with the serious music. I loved it. Also, the movement and flow were wonderful. Not too fast, not too slow. Excellent job!

needs refinement

No pun intended.

The movement was a little too fast or something, made me queasy- but that is probably just me. A little info on this topic is not a bad idea and you have a decent graphic presentation. But it needs a little more - a moral, an explanation why non-engineers might care, a character, presentation of the change in the actual oil...something to expand or dimensionalize the message, because as it is, not only is something lacking, but there is no way someone will remember the handful of vocabulary words which are all that is currently presented. Nonetheless, I think it could be a beginning!
