It's another dress-up!...
Seriously, though. Most dress-ups SHOULD contain nudity. Most dress-ups consist of some simple animation and simple action script, a character, and a bunch of copied and edited clothes.
However, this did do a bit better, good artwork.
Still though, most dress-up games are made for either a basic game, or easy points. Even then, most dress-ups only get far because they have boobies in them.
Anyway, the best work is original work. Be original.

It's certaintly good to see somebody put effort into a real dress-up... I don't necesarilly have a problem with nudity in the dress-ups, but too many people make it the main focus and forget the actual dress-up part.
Only real concerns are that:
A) the items are all bunched up and you can't see what options you have - perhaps if there was a way to hide the items you're not using, and then choose to display tops only, then hide those and show pants only or something, then you could spread them out more.
B) the items aren't layered correctly - I know Superman was on the cutting edge of fasion (or not), but I don't think you intended that some of Ruikku's underwear actually goes over the top of some of her skirts....

Nice, Tasteful dress-up
I'm glad someone actually decided to release a tasteful dress-up. It is relitavely fun to dress up Rikku, although I found that the bras did not line up with the body that well. Also, some of the clothing didn't line up with the character model. Other than that, good job!

yeah thats all good but u should b able to see her nude and stuff....mabye and RPG??
