thats what you get for buying shitty windows computer, i have 3 macs and 2 windows and i can tell you, MACS ARE SO MUCH BETTER. why cant u all wake up and see that if u want a simple functional kickass sharp computer u have to get A F*cking MAC! (suckers)

I cant stand HP computers. Do you know how many I have attempted to repair/upgrade EVEN WITH A MICRO$OFT CERTIFICATION and an A+?!?!?! Biggest issue with HP computers is that the ol'Pentium 3/4/celeron variety just KEEP FREEZIN. Especially if you try to install a Sound Blaster Audigy sound card in them. not enough expansion slots/room in the little suckers either.

this is so true...i had a problem like that on my new comp. (wont go in to detail) but norton sucks its only a firewall...use AVG much better. norton<AVG! good flash keep up the good work

Your right man.I got the same kind of thing when updating.I got nailed with the same unremovable trojan twice in a row after formatting twice in a row from windows update....twice in a row.So I formatted again and installed and updated Norton's first.BTW if your subcription expires you can format and reinstall nortons and it's a new subscription again.What the hell I just like formatting.
