In projects like these, one can never stress the importance of using reliable components from a trusted manufacturer. Great work with the wonderful detail and neat design!
I imagine full refurbishment would be in order rather than any sort of mending repairs, looking at the over all structure, the complexity and skeletal design, its either full replacement or its not up to spec.
