AWESOME!

That was the best tutorial I have seen on NG... I just want to make one suggestion.... could you add how you fade text?

Smoking-Chimney responds:

Firstly: thanks for the review. Secondly: Basically the object you want to fade make into symbols (a graphic or movie clip). Make it's on a layer of it's own, and right click on the keyframe it's in and 'Create Motion Tween'. Then insert a keyframe later on in that layer ( e.g. at frame 50). The frames between 1 (where you started in a keyframe) and 50 (where you added the other keyframe) should be blue with an arrow between them. On the second keyframe (at Frame 50 or wherever), click on the symbol (graphic or movie clip) you have made, and as you highlight in, on the Properties Tab (Ctrl+F3), a little drop-down box will appear next to 'Color:'. From it, select alpha and change the value (100% is opaque, 0% is transparent). The first keyframe should fade out to the last one.
Hope this helps!

lol

I skimmed it and saw it had just about everything (- a few things) that I learned in a Flash Corse I took at school for 6 months ^^;
But ya don't get the hands on correction that some of us mortals need.

Smoking-Chimney responds:

Lol... well I still hope it can help people :) Thanks for the review!
