I put down 5 for humour because her mother walks in and she looks like a little angel... Brilliant movie, the sound goes right with it, the exhaling noises when she vomits up the blood, the sketchy edges and the odd 'camera' angles.... I love the way one little scene changes to another with flashes of stuff, and how she fights herself and loses in the end.
Oh yeah, and Stereoxyde rules.
