I've seen it
On a site called aniboom. But seeing as you updated it here I figure its legit on Newgrounds. when I first saw it I was stunned. I mean, I don't laugh at violence like this. It isn't funny. But, this could be used to portray how people with chronic deppression (like myself) who aren't treated and completly go off the deep end may act. As the guy below me said, this stuff does happen. (though I'm treated so :D >.....>)
Anyways, the animation is amazing. I've pretty much stated everything else I think. I dunno if the purpose of the music video was mocking violence, making people aware of it, or just used to get people to watch. Regardless that shouldn't matter in voting. So I give it a ten.
