Reviews for "Over There: Segment 3"

extremely well done claymation

probably the best claymation movie I have seen on newgrounds so far, it blended so seemlesly i could not even tell that you guys were stopping and starting, and the length was nice too, everybody should watch this, even if you hate claymation, because this movie is the bomb.

Better

Overrated still, but a vast improvement from episode 1 and 2.

Some of the jokes were actually half decent, even though I did see a few Simpson Ripoffs
(The thing about that is....)
Yhea dont reuse old good jokes, thats legendary frogs job.

Anyways One thing I do like alot about this is the fact that you do your own audio (at least it says you do) Thats great as too many people (myself aswell) Just steal audio from other people and throw it in our movies. Its great that you can do you own.

Dustball responds:

We don't really intentionally reuse existing jokes... maybe they are just programmed into our brains from watching the Simpson's all our lives, I don't know. And yes, I did every single shred of music! Glad you liked this one better!

Bravo!

This must have taken minimum one week of hard ass work. Its nice to see a good stop animation once in a while, especialy when the character design is well made and the voice casting is above par.

Dustball responds:

Haha one week. I wish. It took around to 3 months to animate back in 2000. I've just spent 2 months with all of the revamping (editing, new voice recording, original music) It's taken all week just to compress each on into Flash and add the eggs and stuff. Oh yes, this stuff takes a while! Glad you liked it!

I LOVE THIS THINGS!

I loved it. It was fantastic!!!
I wonder how hard is it to make this kind of movies...

That Was Really Good

why did you make like 5 of them tho?!!!?!??!!!!?

Dustball responds:

We didn't, we made one 16 minute long movie. In order to submit it to NG it had to fit under 5MB, which meant splitting it into segments.
