You have a very good style of animation. I can't give you anything for sound because I'm not a Green Day fan. I'm pretty certain this will get blammed because it's incomplete. If you were to finish it and then submit it, I'm fairly certain it'll be protected.

Pretty standard music video
Noth overly original here, like many music video submissions you mostly just drew what the song was saying. So it wasn't too impressive in that respect.
But the graphics were pretty good. Technically there's a lot of room for improvement but they style was good, using mostly greyscale was a good choice.
As for the song itself, it's a good song and the perfect choice for a video, thank god you didn't use Wake me up when September Ends or I might have knocked a lot off your score.
This should get over 3.0, which will be your best score yet, so well done. Keep trying and improving.

fuck everyone and their sister who sez Green Day sux. dude the humor was becuz the graphics wern't very good so they were funny. the song is awesome. for some advice finish the video and have better graphics to this mofo and it might be good.
