that was very good. not one of my favorite green day songs, but still. all he was really doing was walking. a lot like I imagined the video for the song before I watched it.

You're not bad at animating, but you're not very clever either. You had a street and a guy walking on it, like in the song, not very clever at all. you need to detail more also. If you had a better plot i would have voted much higher.
