Who puts beer in a hip flask? That amount of BEER wouldn’t get me through the night, that’s for sure. That’s like giving people with hypothermia a nice cold seltzer instead of Brandy, to make them feel warm.
But hey, not everyone’s a drinker, I can get the confusion. But seriously, don’t put weak drinks in a flask, with bourbon or whiskey, you can’t tell, but with wine or beer, the metallic taste is pretty damn obvious. That’s why I thought beer was gross compared to whiskey when I was a wee lad, and I was still technically right.
