I don't really mind wheter the lyrics are in English, German or Norwegian - my main language is Portugese, so those are all some other country's language to me. The problem was the melody... the eletronic nib-nib-dub-dub wasn't very attractive, and neither was your tone. It seemed more like you were reading a plain text, just putting some accent here and there. It simply wasn't melodic.
Rap is another style that is not that melodic, but it is different. The instrumental is much richer and the singers actually sing, instead of just "saying".
