Reviews for "Game Over Guitar Theme"

fits pause better

its not depressing/ somber enough to be a game over theme

sarias responds:

thats cool :) I really doesn't matter tbh what people think it is though thanks none the less though

Great!

I've been listening to this for the past hour while working and completely forgot it was still playing. It's just so soothing and relaxing, it kept me in a good mood to keep working, so thank you! It's a great little loop

sarias responds:

well thank you :)

relaxing

Hm i don't know, but instantly i heard this tune, i thought:
"This would fit perfectly into a stage like Balamb Garden from FF8."
I know it doesn' t really sound alike, but it reminded me of it.

To me, continue and gameover screen are mostly the same, since they usually apper together. Thos would have to have an either more threatening style to set the mood or a sadder tone.

Cutscene doesn't fit either, since it's a loop and i dont think looĆ¼ps are fit for cutscenes.

But for a Stage in a game:
Perfect!
5/5

sarias responds:

the more I listen to it, the more I hear during a game, like think FF 4 trojan theme (you know where they are in the place where edward ends up, and they have to go fight the evil elf) or even in the lunarian theme. Honestly it doesn't really matter what it is used for, whatever someone thinks they like it as :)

this song seem so sad but calming

i give it 10/10 becuse its like you are alone in the world but you know if you keep trying you might fine the one person

sarias responds:

haha cool. Thanks

seems to me...

...like it would fit pretty well on a main menu for an RPG or something like that.

maybe even a save file selection screen?

hmm... actually, i could imagine this going well enough with the ending credits of a game, with little scenes of the peaceful world after a hero had just saved it from darkness!

thats just what i feel like it could be used for, but it'd definitely have to be in an RPG. :P

nice job with this, its a good melody. :)

sarias responds:

Thanks, Biggest inspiration is what Nobou Uematsu said. Its simple music. This is probably the simplest piece ive ever written and its easy to understand. Uematsu said that he was not some genius when he did the first 3 final fantasy games. Its simple music that is easy to understand :D
