Could be better
You have a very interesting premise to work with and you're obviously talented animators. However, the storytelling was by far the weakest element of this flash. The long, drawn-out expository opening simply dragged on for far too long; I found myself getting bored and wondering when the mutants were going to show up. You need to tell your story through action and images instead of boring text that scrolls on the screen and clunky dialogue.
That said, the action scenes were very well done and exciting, and the premise is intriguing enough for me to look forward to episode 2.
Well Done
Though the concept is over done, this is a nice execution of it. The voice acting was a little overdone at times, but seem to fit with the whole "city over run by some horrid creature" quite well.
Keep it up.

plus the voice acting needs work, and so do the jokes. :p other than that, it was pretty good
