After seeing all of your quite skilled artwork so far, I think you should try drawing Sephiroth from Final Fantasy 7/ Crisis Core/ Advert Children. I know you seldom draw male characters, but after knowing your skills, it will be will be really cool to see you drawing such as cool character. It might even be a great way to challenge yourself too. :)
Her clothes are entering in her private parts. You should fix that. Is she fighting crime or she is exciting herself?
i really think you should work on your hands. you make them kind of flat and the fingers are all the same size, and the thumbs are a little high on the palms (too close to where fingers start)

i tell myself the same thing over and over again as well...but i just cant improve on that one thing. even after checking out soo many hand tutorials...i really dont understand why they are soo hard for me to draw
