Good Idea, Crappy Game.
I saw that the full version will not come out because your computer was fried. I think you should start over, and just use pictures from the movie and paste them together. Also, to make sure you don't lose it again, use blank cds or a pen drive.
One last thing.
DON'T RELEASE A PARTIAL VERSION! FINISH IT FIRST!

Well, I'm sure I would've liked this a WHOLE lot more if I could continue playing it...after you buy Ginny a drink, the screen is kinda blank, and if you click anywhere, you have to start all over again. So I'm guessing something went wrong in that part while you were making this? I dunno. The concept seemed fun and interesting. And I'm sure that if I'd been able to play it in its entirety, it would've been pretty damn fun.

Ron, Harrys and Ginnys Eye Colours are wrong
Their attire is wrong
Ginny owns a pygmy puff called Arnold, not an owl
Pens aren't used at Hogwarts
Harry and Mcgonagal wear glasses
Graphics are a little lame
Otherwise good

I couldn't play for long since only one choice allowed you to continue and I found this annoying to have to restart again. I think the game would be more interesting to play if you didn't limit it to a linear plot line.
