Ok although the sound is patchy SOMETIMES(no idea what that guy was on about) the animation is great and that "do not impersonate me!" god thing as funny as!

The openning to the 'toon was absolutely terrific.
But th opening line is very difficult to understand, and the whole first bit doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
The sounds is really bad. I'm sorry, but it is. There was a ton of dead air, where nothing was playing. And you seem to be getting too close to the microphone. You can hear when each sound clip starts and stops, and it's very annoying. Some music would help you disguise that. Also, the animated actions, and the words didn't match up. Which was also distracting.
Your humor concept is very good. But it's just not pulled together very well.
The animation isn't great. And you can only get away with that if the rest of your delivery is above average. Which, I'm sorry, it isn't.
But keep working. You seem promising.
