Man it kind of makes you think about all the crimes out there. How man realy did do the crime??? And how many were just in the wrong place at the wrong time?

Yep, don't get involved in a crime by picking up a gun in a middle of a crime scene or you will be wrongfully accused. To be innocent means not to mind others business, especially the dirty ones.
I felt sad for that dude who gets caught in a wrong place in a wrong time. Well he deserve part of it on a count he picked up the gun which is an impeccable thing to do.

This was a REALLY clever idea. A nice way to show the cyclical nature of revenge and how it causes people to become what they most loathe.
The only thing that bugged me was the scene after his release. You dont really need to establish that the guy is sad, because the viewer knows it from the situation and the dreary music and visuals. Say if instead of a tearful suicide attempt, he simply walked home, sat in his house alone, then lied awake in bed staring at the wall with that blank expression. You would still understand all the pain and alienation the guy must feel from the context and atmosphere.
