Yah its good fanart, but I see why it didn't get it. It's not "design" material. It's more fit for a poster than on a t-shirt.
If you take a look at the t-shirts in the store here you'll see the designs are iconic and simple. It is way too detailed to be on a shirt.
Imagine the costs to even print one shirt.
