It wasn't "OHMYGODTHEWORLDISGONNAEND" terrible. Though a coupleof the shorts were a little.. Senseless.
Personally I liked the part where the guy got his head stuck on the green star. Just cause I thought it was cute.

Owls = Umm yeah.....kinda suxx0r =p
Fireman = Uhh WTF?
We're all Gonna Die = Was aiiiiite, would've looked better if you cut the white off the emoticon tho.
Angry = I bet someone has had an acid trip very similar to that XD
Dope (aka the Bonus Cartoon) = Probably the best cartoon out of the showcase, extremely random, and has that wacky music they used on the Five Alive advert (i think) and the animation is slightly better than the rest. But i still couldn't make any sense of it. Perhaps that was what you were trying to achieve.
I'll bear in mind i have seen better TOTWs in my day, but congrats for winning an award. I voted 3 =)
