Average, not necessarily the best
Unfortunately, I wasn't feeling the first part. Usually that's where you gain or lose your audience. The first part was too cluttered with too much going on at once. When it finalized, I could come to like part of the mix but it was the first part that let me down the most.
I couldn't make the out the words of any of the sampled mix and it seems to have just been added in. What I mean is that it didn't follow the audio, almost until the second loop.
I believe a "less is more" approach would have done a lot better. From 0:32 to 0:53 could have been cut with the rest of the song doing a lot better to get that ephemeral sound that is prevalent in the rest.
I don't wanna say you didn't work hard on that. I just know you can do better. Grats on being one of the best. Now get to work! :)

I do not like sampling and in my opinion the only reason this got number one is because of MJ's death... Stop riding his glory and make something more original is my only advice to you.
