You've just started Flash And you've already made something that looked nice... which is good. Keep practicing and you'll get even better. You ahve a nice base for a drawing style, it just needs to evolve.

not bad for your second flash. you have a good concept and nice choice of music. you just need to work on the drawings, maybe spend a little more time on them and practice with the animation. don't get discouraged by people's negative comments, stick with it.

Instead of using tweening for the whole thing try and do a little more frame by frame work (It makes it look alot more professional).

I think that you have a flair for flash. This is much better than the last one, has a pre-loader, and doesn't suck.

Some suggestions
1.Add replay button, may sound stupid but people judge a lot on technical merit. A preloader and replay button will usually guarentee at least a 1.
2. Don't be afraid to drawmore, u seem to have a talent for it. Using tweening as a means of turning or moving a non-sprite character around looks crappy, spend the extra time and draw it out.
3. If you have a scene with one object crossing in front of another, make sure to delete the background object. (i noticed this when the bear flew through the window.) Take a little extra time for that type of stuff, and it will definately be reflected in your scores.
I thought this was a great improvement from your last work. I gave you a three as a vote for encouragement this time. I probably won't be as nice next time
