but i think you shoulda really made this one longer instead of making two parts. this doesn't really seem to be enough to really be classed as one episode, sfx make a lot of difference so i think episode 2 with score alot higher, if could want i could make some bg for it, like moutains or clouds add me on msn if ya want any help, my emails on my Ng profile.

It...is in my eyes even better than some other professional work!! The animation dude...it was really awesome. Just...keep on working, i wanna help too if u like, because i am newbish too and maybe we can learn from eachother...add me ^ if u like. Now back to the movie (;P), the bad parts:
1) The animation went too slow sometimes, i think that's because you made the frames having too less difference, like when he is attacking it needs about 50 frames!!
2) There was no sound, but as u said for urself, in the next version it is, so i am watching for it ;D
3) The movie was too short...
I hope this isn't getting blammed, because it is awesome. If it will get blammed, make the next movie longer, add sound and...that's it actually...
P.S. Make the next one with other elementals, or maybe more...

much better than other submissions i'll say. Music is a must for this. It makes the scene. Also a background would help a lot as well. i'd suggest either ice tundra, another planet or a volcano. or even a mix. Also, you show the fire guys stuff, but i don't remember the ice guy firing off. has a lot of promise. good luck.
Potential? Yes
Obviously you have some skill with animation, which is better than a lot of first-time submitters. I'd still judge that this isn't worthy of the Portal for a few reasons, though. Sound is foremost, but some semblance of plot or story would help a lot as well. Anything more complicated than two evolved stick figures hitting each other would be an improvement. Lengthening it is another simple point. You've got the potential, keep at it and we'll keep watching.
