Well she looks like she just did something rather exciting and in the process had a tit pop out of her bra. Very well done art piece.

Like the image not the best details but then again i guess it's supposed to appear as if her boobs grew out of nowhere and she's surprised im guessing?
So therefore the watery (watermark) on the boobs makes sense in some degree. (Tell me if otherwise.)

IDK. The blurring near the bottom of the bust looks alrigt, but the top looks really pixelated. Maybe it was drawn normal, then blurred so the design worked before the blurring? That's the best i can guess. Really like the eyes in this one
