Hehe... but c'mon why would they suddenly decide too jump out, that's just silly. But the art's not bad.

IDK. The blurring near the bottom of the bust looks alrigt, but the top looks really pixelated. Maybe it was drawn normal, then blurred so the design worked before the blurring? That's the best i can guess. Really like the eyes in this one
