A very good game indeed!
Ok, I loved this game. It is VERY challanging, even on easy. The number of ships, plus attacks, must have taken hours to animate and are very difficult to dodge.
I also liked the number, style and system of weapon upgrades. You did a nice job on that.
As for sound, the background music was fine but the SFX..got a little annoying. But hey, who can complain when you have such a good game as this?
Finally..there really weren't any bad points...at least in my opinion

A lot of fun
This is one smooth game. A tribute to the Raiden series, this flash knock-off is way too nice to be called a knock-off. A traditional vertical space-shooter, this game boasts smooth animation, having great graphics where it counts, while keeping your computer moving smoothly and quickly by keeping the backgrounds fairly simple, with a surprisingly artistic background thrown in from time to time. The game offers three selectable levels of difficulty, but even the easy level can be difficult if you're not so good at this type of game, the enemies darting around quickly as the screen rapidly becomes filled with enemies and their projectiles.
As far as gameplay is concerned, the challenge of the game rests in the player's ability to maneuver his ship to dodge enemy projectiles. Most of the boss enemies do the same old same old, shooting a bunch of stuff everywhere that you have to deftly fit in between. There are multiple levels of weapon upgrades, three primary weapons, each uniquely useful in different ways, two kinds of upgradable missiles, and a limited number of smart-bomb type weapons to keep you busy, as well as piles and piles of point items you can retrieve.
And there's more. You can save your game after each level if you'd like. When you win the game, it repeats again, somewhat harder, while you retain your score, adding to it as you go through the game again and again.
A small gripe: The game has annoying cut scenes after level 5 and after you beat the last enemy, and no way to skip them. They weren't cool the first time I saw them, and the next six times, they're even less cool.
K, maybe I'll add a skip button, if I figure out how to do that. :P Otherwise, I'm glad you like it!

This is my favorite of all games. I play everyday. the boss's r difficult which is gd. I'm soooooooooooo fed up wiv games u can finish in 2 secs.

I didn't even know there was a way save on flash. I love these vertical shooter type games and have been trying to work with one on game maker. Aside from that, I have no idea where in hell you got that star from, I don't think it was in either raiden 1 or 2, and was that fairy from Zelda? Still, I think it could have used something to set it apart from the raiden games rather that being a clone (not that it's such a bad thing mind you). This was, in short, a true work of art. I really don't see how you couldn't like it with three dificulties, Saving, smooth animation, and pretty good sound; It's damn near perfect.

The fairy was in fact, from Raiden, and the star is my imagination to go with it. To be honest, I hated that blue miclus Raiden had. :P

Ive never posted a review here before, but this made me have to. This is by far the most fun and addicting game ive found on NG since i started coming here during high school in 2000, the graphics and sounds are just perfect for era, and the option to save the game just kicks ass, dude come out with some more of these and Ill be your first fan ^^.
