I also listened to the original you linked to in the comments and I have to say I like your version better. You managed to create a much better sound, it's much clearer and the kick really sounds better now.

Also, the quality of the song as a whole is amazing. This sounds like some song I could hear on the radio.

Pretty good

Not my type of music at all so it was a little hard to get through, but still a review on quality and not my opinion on the genre of song just because that's how I work. :P

First off the only thing that I understand is the 5% slowed down. Ha, care to explain to someone who is a bit more music illiterate such as me?

The song itself sounded great. The vocals were well done, lyrics were good, and the song quality was done rather well all around.

Good editing

I see you redid it and this one sounds a bit better than the original and everything, the beat sounds very good and whatnot. The lyrics kind of try to speak to you as in saying you love the person but you don't know if you should lie about yourself or not but you just want to be with them and be yourself and hope they love you for it.

This is very good and I liked a lot more than the crappy stuff you hear on the radio anymore these days, these are the things they should be playing, not the mainstream. =C

Thanks for the review. I agree the mainstream media needs help. I am not sure what is going wrong in the industry. Knowing there are still artists out there with class lets me know hip-hop isn't dead, its just hard to find.

Isn't this a remix?

I always thought there was a difference between a remix and a remastered song - a remix changes the song around, including things like tempo and sound etc, while a remastering of the song just tidies it up, possibly getting better, more crisp sounds for the tune, etc. For me, the slowing it by 5% makes it a remix, but I'm not a pro, so there you go.

I think that the vocals do get a little cramped, especially when the vocalists all try to sing over one another - every voice is fighting for control and some of them drown the main lyrics out, which is a shame.
