I haven't really ever seen a good videogame scene creator yet. This one is no different. I gave you a 10 on graphics even though you use sprites because well... Scene creators are supposed to be centered around sprites in order to make the scene look close to the game.
There wasn't anything to change the scene background or the music. You did have quite the selection of sprites though, which is nice, however there wasn't a lot of room to place sprites in the scene...
Keep working on this, it might come out better someday.

what you need is to have a bigger scene are and different background schemes (for different levels) and the sprites should be chosen by two arrows (one going left in a list and one going right) that way you can have more characters without sacrificing space in the flash.
