I'm surprised you've never heard this song before. When it first was released, people couldn't get away from it. Well, I guess if you're like, 13, then I could understand, because you'd be too young to remember.
This is pretty good for a "first real flash". I mean, it isn't funny and it's painfully repetative, but it's drawn pretty well. But he really just doesn't the same dance over and over. Do you play the whole song? I couldn't even watch long enough to find out.

you sorta only did a few animations and then repeated them over and over. overall i liked it I DIDN'T love it but i liked it!

I got the joke in just the first 20 seconds of the flash. The other 95 seconds were just overkill... I'd suggest making it shorter.
