MASTERPIECE

That was an amazing flash. I'm also in my first year in an arts high school and I thought the stylized backgrounds and characters where very well done. I have one question though; did you use TOON-BOOM to make this Flash?

Confusing.

All I can say about this short is that it needs sound. But, at the same time the short makes you a little confused. Like this kid was delivering chicken from like KFC. Then, when he gets there he drops through a whole-in-the-ground and is turned into a chicken. >.< so the mad scientist chicken wanted to turn him into a chicken the whole time I'm gathering.

Great stuff!

Even without sound, this is a considerable achievement for just two weeks of work. I think you should develop the ending a bit more, though.. the irony isn't quite there with the whole DNA thing.

I think the whole predator-prey role reversal thing is a pretty tired concept. BUT, since you already set the punchline up so well, you might as well get to the holy land!!

The deliveryboy-turned-chicken should end up in a cage with a dozen other such deliveryboys. The whole kit-and-kaboodle of them (plus the trike) should then be noisily transported during the same rainy night in a 1940's pickup truck (driven by the Chickenman) back to the same restaurant, only this time delivered through the back door in a grimy alleyway. Various chopping noises and chicken squawks should be heard to help drive the point home that these "chickens" are the grist for tomorrow's menu.

Fade out and fade in to a new earnest-looking boy responding to a sign in the window, "Help Wanted". The proprietor (shown from the backside) would be an obviously disguised.. Chickenman.
