I mean Robots that think like this are stupid. So in general, yeah, they're stupid. Especially how media portrays them. And especialyl since their AI doesn't amount to much more than super thinking motor skills. Even with super computers, they can't compete with braniac human beings. They may someday surpass us, but they won't for awhile.
Also this cartoon is like 15 years old. Back then robots were basically nonexistent. Or animatronic, which doesn't even count as intelligence at all.
