Nice image amazing work not much to criticize about quite happy about the image after close examination, But I think this image can rather be rated T to the least of it considering the current amount of kids that are teens that already seen way worst then a little nipple shot through a T-Shirt.
Apart from that nothing to really define this as rated M.
