Not too bad!
I liked the one hit- one kill idea. In the game, Jason could always hack you multiple times. In the movie, one hit would do ya.
Graphics were ripped and used well, except for the outdoor walking sequences and the squealing noise the game makes when a counselor (or the kids) are in trouble.
Adding quotes/sound effects from Jason or the counselor(s) from the movie might make it funnier as well.
Overall, it kicked butt. Nitpicking to help you in future endeavours.

This was a well put together game sprite parody, it really captures what that game was like, with the cheesy NES music, 2D graphics, and Jason of course. How could anyone play such a cheesy game? lol (I did) Good job.
