Your work is excellent, her eyes look very real and her lips looks very vivid. Her hair looks a bit solid except for the edges of it though, and maybe its just the angle but her chin/mouth area looks strange, i think it narrows unevenly on one side or something...
Also, tell her to get better sleep, she looks tired.

her head isnt completely head on... its slightly off centre. And its not completely facing you... she is looking down ever so so slightly
