Wow I havent seen a new dress up game for quite some time..
The Good: Graphics-drawn? smooth
The OK: Style- this kind of game has been done many times, Interactivity- could have been more things to do.
The Poor: Sound- music got way too annoying for me.

I've voting five (5) because of the gorgeous artwork involved, and though limited, the game was very well done. HURRAH for static underwear! I am so sick of perverts on NG...
Preloader and character gave you the graphics points, and the music was okay, but for a Dress-Up to really stand out, include:
-Interchangeable backgrounds
-MANY more clothes
-Try for a custom character designer (body type/positions, hair/eye color)
You have talent. Use it. Make a more elaborate game ;)

ur so good at the art keep it up. tip work on feet. i really like that u used no nudity. i think like porn is kinda rong. if u want to see naked people get a mirror. tip make more clothes and make a movie.
