I don't really know if they're snare hits - they're from Flash MX's common sound library. Sounds like snare hits, though.
And the fat dirty bastard basically said "TBS edited out the scene in Dumb & Dumber where Harry and Lloyd get their groins frozen to their bike. Is that funny?"
Of course, it's not.

It really sucks to see a really good movie get clipped to pieces by the Tbs censors. You need to work on the voices a bit, make them clearer, I could barely hear. Secondly, the sound effects were somewhat dull. When someone is getting beat with a nightstick, it has to make a solid thwacking sound. Finnally, work on the animation, it has a few rough edges. By the way, funny translation of Smells like teen spirit! Keep up the work.
