I actually quite liked the shortness of the animation - as you say, it's a sense of mystery. It seemed like the perfect opening shot of a feature movie, a real entrance into a story.
Style and artwise I loved the b&w, call it cliche but the grayscale with hints of colour is an extremely useful cinimatic tool.
It's a shame 'DrDeath2k3' is not able to see past all the other animations and just enjoy the piece for its own merits.

BTW, just like your other movies, there is no plot! (or atleast plot that has any depth or effort put into it..)
1 on humor because that gunshot sound effect is soo overused and cheesy, I laughed.
Boring cryminal story.
For me it was a boring cryminal story with no end. Too short for a type of this films. When u will do next, take urself more time and do it with bigger concetration and heart.
