This tutorial is useless. All the tags are on the Post a Message page and if somebody overlooks the huge parts of the page dedicated to them then it's their own damn fault.

Not necessary
That would be helpful for noobs, but not for me. I already understand the html coding. It looks pretty decent but you know they can do the simple way on the forums by just clicking on link, bold etc. You don't really have to type it all out yourself.

They could just look at the FAQ. And in every post there's the "link", "bold", etc. buttons. And if they can't figure that out, then what makes you think they'll take the time to look at this flash?
