all though i love graphic violence, i think it is time to give up or reinvent the stick slayer for 2
porpuses one your graphics and animation is lowsey

i am also faced with the task of preparing a demo reel, except mine is for 3d modeling/animation and pencil art. you definitely have a good sense of color, choreography and composition. but, better you hear the truth from me than someone else. the art is a little rough. employers get about 50 demo reels per month. does yours really prove you can take flash to new dimentions? i didnt see anything new. definitely keep the jet, but animate more, and maybe hand paint/color the characters. this will add quality. the part where the skull zooms out (the skull should be detailed in closeup), or where the computer explodes, just look bad. better invest the time to make your flash better than to waste time being rejected. sorry to sound harsh but thats reality. you have to be THE ABSOLUTE SHIT to get hired these days.
however, i dont know the type of work you are applying for. maybe it doesnt require art skills, but instead has you prepare the flash itself, in that case u may be set. these days, people want somone who can do art and make the flash, so as to save money. check out www.3dark.com for expert advice on making a kickass demo reel.
