Very much improved from your last movie!
Although... It is very hard to understand what is happening. It seems to me like there would be a movie in before the first part of this series and a part in between this one and the first one. That way, you could explain why certain characters die and how your story fits somewhat in place with the Megaman Zero games.

The story is based on MegamanZero games, and the 3rd part end, when omega(looks like zero, only darker)is destroyd, and Dr.Wiel flies to a spase station. Phanton(looks like a ninja) was destroyed in the first part. And Copy X was destroyed in the middle of the 3 part.
If it's hard to understand, i'll explain:
Scene 1: Introduction.Zero destroys omega
Scene 2: Omega arrives in the syberspace, netts copy x. then phantom tells them, that he has found an old laboratory with copies of reploids. now all of them can return back to the real worl.
Scene 3: Resistanse base. Alarm is on.Zero dashes in the comand center, talks to Ciel. He finds out, that Neo Arcadia is attacking the base. He transfers to the roof of the base.
Scene 4: Base roof. Reploids are fighting with neoarcadians. Syber elf X is helping them. but X's power os wery low, and he must return. but then zero comes and help the reploids. In a minute, Omega and Copy X appears there.

Pretty good. Still needs work.
The movie seemed kinda...well, to put it simply...lame. Too simple. The fight scenes needed more action, than just guys getting run over and a maverick jumping down, only to get sliced in two. That lost you points on Style and Violence. The sound effects were ok, but kinda annoying, so you lost points for that, too.
But the sprites were good. So was the animation. The plot's ok.
You also have the honor of this being my 100th review. ^^;;
6/10, and 3/5 in the Portal. Good job.

yeah, you need to redo this one..
i just saw your remake of MMZ-OXF 1 and thought that was pretty good, but you really need to redo this one. i put humor in there because you spelled Cyberspace wrong TWICE. anyways, it would be a better flash if you redid this one.
