Nothing Like a Good Knife...
It´s a shame the real game is only a small part at the end... I found the "self-defense"-thingy much more fun than the rest! But since I do own two Japanese molybdenium-vanadium-steel kitchen knives, I do know the strange pleasure of cutting tomatoes etc. into paper-thin-slices. But maybe that´s just the two of us... ;)

you should have done something more. Being able to control the blade and slice would be nice. Defending your self at the end should have been longer or at least allowed different combinations in order hit the guy.

you need like to slice things on your own, like carve the finger or carve the person, that would be awesome! The end was awesome but kinda hard, I personally enjoyed it. Work on the graphics a lot!
